Led the execution and adaptation of national campaign assets across Rogers’ in-store and out-of-home digital signage network. Assets arrived in various states — fully animated, static creative requiring motion development, or 3D device renders needing integration into branded layouts. I optimized composition, animation timing, and technical specifications for each format while maintaining strict adherence to brand standards.
Beyond execution, I introduced structural improvements that significantly streamlined workflow. I developed an asset organization system to better manage high-volume deliverables. As well as, standardized file preparation processes to minimize errors. I also proactively identified and documented client preferences for artwork scaling, implementing them across future projects to significantly reduce revisions and streamline approvals.
This campaign required a thoughtful integration of provided 3D device renders from Apple with brand-led messaging and layout systems. The client requested two approaches: one that heroed the premium renders, and another that introduced a dynamic, animated list of key benefits to drive feature-focused storytelling.
Deliverables were adapted for English and French—including an English ad for the Montreal airport. We also provided large-format Jumbotron design for the Rogers Stadium, where we strategically merged elements from both creative approaches to maximize impact and legibility at scale.
This example showcases a more complex campaign featuring 3D animations supplied by Publicis. I refined the master artwork at the largest format first, then systematically scaling down to ensure efficiency. The campaign was developed in three distinct versions, each tailored with unique locker contents and corresponding messaging to support specific creative and strategic objectives.
For this campaign, Rogers Communications supplied the photography and copy, and our role was to translate those static assets into a cohesive animated experience.
To elevate the creative, I approached the imagery with depth and motion in mind—strategically cropping and separating elements to introduce a subtle parallax effect that added dimensionality. I also designed thoughtful, seamless transitions between frames to sustain viewer engagement and ensure the animation felt full of energy.
